By accessing and using the Mangisdream Business Solutions website (hereinafter "Site") and services (hereinafter "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Mangisdream Business Solutions provides the following services to South African businesses:

- IT Support & Networking (remote support, on-site troubleshooting, network setup)
- Microsoft 365 & Email Setup (M365 implementation, Teams, email migration)
- Web Design & Development (website design, development, maintenance)
- Cleaning Services (residential, commercial, post-renovation)
- Hosting & Domain Services (domain registration, web hosting, email hosting)
All services are offered "as is" with no guarantees beyond what is explicitly stated in service proposals and quotations.
3. Service Requests & Quotations
When you request a service through our website:
- You will receive an initial response within 24 business hours
- We will provide a detailed quotation outlining scope, timeline, and pricing
- Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise
- Acceptance of a quotation constitutes a binding service agreement
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
- All prices are in South African Rands (ZAR)
- Prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- Current pricing is displayed on our website and quotations
4.2 Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include:
- Bank transfer
- EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
- Credit/Debit cards (via payment gateway)
4.3 Payment Terms
- 50% deposit is required to initiate service
- Balance due upon service completion (unless stated otherwise in quotation)
- Payment must be made within 7 days of invoice date
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Additional charges apply for services provided after agreed timeline
4.4 Monthly Retainer Services
- Monthly services (IT support, maintenance plans) are billed in advance
- Payment is due on the 1st of each month
- 30 days notice is required for cancellation
5. Refunds & Cancellations
5.1 Refund Policy
- Refunds are available within 14 days of service completion if services do not meet the agreed specifications
- Refund requests must include written explanation of the issue
- We will attempt to rectify the issue before processing a refund
- Partial refunds may apply if services were partially completed
5.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Domain registrations and renewals (non-refundable per ICANN rules)
- Hosting fees (once service is activated)
- Licenses and software subscriptions (if already activated)
- Services that are 100% complete with client approval
5.3 Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel within 7 days of service initiation: 50% refund of deposit
- If you cancel after 7 days: No refund (work in progress or completed)
- For ongoing/retainer services: 30 days written notice required
6. Liability & Disclaimers
6.1 No Professional Advice
Our Services are not intended to replace professional legal, financial, or tax advice. For matters involving tax, accounting, legal compliance, or significant business decisions, we recommend consulting with a qualified professional. While we provide SARS and CIPC-compliant services, you should verify all documents with a professional accountant or attorney.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mangisdream Business Solutions shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damage to your computer systems or software
- Third-party claims or liabilities
6.3 Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in question, or R1,000, whichever is greater.
6.4 Website & Service Availability
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted website availability (target: 99% uptime)
- That Services will be error-free or uninterrupted
- That all bugs or defects will be corrected
7. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Grant us access to systems/accounts as necessary to complete Services
- Provide timely feedback and approvals
- Maintain backups of important data
- Be responsible for content you provide or upload
- Not use our Services for illegal purposes
- Not share access credentials with unauthorized parties
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Content
All content on our website (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by Mangisdream Business Solutions or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit this content without our permission.
8.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us the right to use it for the purpose of delivering your Services.
8.3 Deliverables
Upon full payment, deliverables (websites, documents, designs) become your property. However:
- We may use generic components and templates in other projects
- Our software and tools remain our property
- You may not resell our Services as your own
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during our relationship, including:
- Business information and strategies
- Financial data and pricing
- Technical information and access credentials
This obligation survives termination of our relationship.
10. Termination of Service
10.1 By You
- You may terminate one-off services by canceling before work begins (refund policy applies)
- For retainer services, 30 days written notice is required
10.2 By Us
We reserve the right to terminate service if:
- Payment is overdue by more than 30 days
- You violate these Terms or our policies
- You use Services for illegal purposes
- You abuse our systems or resources
11. Technical Requirements & Disputes
11.1 Client Delays
If service delivery is delayed due to client non-response, late information provision, or system access issues, we reserve the right to adjust timelines accordingly. Costs may be adjusted for significant delays.
11.2 Dispute Resolution

- If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to mediation
- Disputes shall be governed by South African law
12. Use of Website
