• Late payment may delay delivery or suspend work

4. Client Responsibilities

• Respond to approvals and feedback in reasonable time
• Use deliverables lawfully and responsibly

5. Intellectual Property

After full payment, project-specific final deliverables transfer to the client, except for third-party licensed assets and internal frameworks/methods.

6. Revisions and Scope Changes

Reasonable revisions are included within agreed scope. Major changes or added requirements may require a revised quote.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to amounts paid for the relevant service and excludes indirect or consequential losses.
