All services are provided subject to availability and our acceptance of your project. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins
• The remaining balance is due upon completion and delivery of the project
• Payment methods accepted include bank transfers and other agreed-upon methods
• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the deliverables created specifically for your project. However:

• We retain the right to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes (with your permission)
• Templates, frameworks, and general methodologies remain our intellectual property
• Third-party content (fonts, images, etc.) may be subject to their own licenses

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

6. Revisions and Changes

We include reasonable revisions in our service packages. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Significant changes to project scope may require a new quotation.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

If you cancel a project:

• Work completed up to the cancellation date is billable
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
• We reserve the right to cancel projects for non-payment or breach of terms

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mangis Dream Business Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
